Getting enough exercise

Once you know how much exercise activity you are doing, this can become your starting point for increasing your physical activity. Hang on to this information as you will need it to do some work at home. The basic guideline recommendations for keeping fit are that you should exercise three or more times per week for a duration of 20 to 30 minutes each time. This could increase after a period of time as your cardiovascular strength and muscular strength increases.
